Albany Business Centre is a facility to assist businesses in the early developmental stage.  Space is available on a monthly basis so you can test the water without having to sign a long commercial lease.  You can stay from 1 month to 4 years.   Ideal for both new business or home based business who want to step into commercial premises for the first time.  If we have vacancies we can even accommodate existing business who need space short term due to a change in circumstances.

Albany Business Centre's lead tenant is the Small Business Centre Great Southern which tenants can access for business support, information and referrals .  This generalist advisory service is free to all small businesses but as an ABC tenant help is literally at your door.

Included in the fees are high speed internet access, averaged electricity usage, common area kitchen, walk in reception and easy parking for your clients.  There is access to a fully equipped conference room, photocopier and fax machine (nominal fess apply).
